Our company is led by Mr. A. R. Pillai, our Managing Director, who brings nearly 35 years of industry expertise to the table. Before establishing A. V. Plastic Equipments Pvt. Ltd. in 1995, Mr. Pillai gained invaluable experience working with M/s. KWH Heliplastics Ltd., a Finnish company known for its groundbreaking work in Spirall plastic process equipment. After 13 years with KWH Heliplastics, which ceased operations in the late 1990s, Mr. Pillai embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding our company.
Since then, A. V. Plastic Equipments Pvt. Ltd. has grown to become an industry leader, recognized for its strong brand presence and extensive customer network. Our operational facilities are strategically located in Ambernath and Mahape, with respective plant sizes of 15,000 sq. ft. and 7,000 sq. ft. These state-of-the-art plants are equipped with Advanced Swiss Welding Machines, EOT cranes and other machinery, which ensure precision and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.

Nutsch Filter/Dryers can effectively perform the Separation of Solid Matter from a Liquid under Pressure or Vacuum, in a Closed System. The ability to Isolate the Product not only reduces Product handling but also Minimizes Operator Exposure and Serves as Environmental Protection against Solvent Vaporization. While Spirall Nutsch can’t sustain high Vaccum and Pressure Conditions, Composite ones are a perfect alternative for the same.

Unlike Metal Products, Spirall Tanks can used flexibly between Acid and Alkali Applications and at high temperatures upto 100 degree C.
