Mr. A. Ramachandran Pillai (Managing Director)
Mr. A. Ramachandran Pillai (A R Pillai) is the Managing Director of M/s. A V Plastic Equipments Pvt Ltd. He has around 39 Years of Experience in the field of Plastics and the Manufacturing of Engineering Plastic Equipment. He started his career in 1969 and has worked across many Industries at Senior Executive Levels. After holding Senior Positions for about 10 Years in a Finland-based company that was a pioneer in the Spirall extrusion process and the Manufacturing of HDPE and PP Equipments, he went on to start his own company in 1995 to Manufacture Equipments made from Engineering Plastics. Today, under his Leadership, the company has grown to be a leader in the Industry, with a strong brand position and a customer base that includes both Indian and Multinational Chemical and Pharmaceutical Companies.
He is also a Socio-Cultural Activist. He was a founding committee member of the Nerul Malayalee Samajam and the founding General Secretary of the Nerul Shree Ayyappa Seva Samathi. He was also the Founder and President of the Nair Service Society, Navi Mumbai. He is a Chief Patron and currently serves as a committee member of the Kendriya Nair Service Society, Maharashtra. He has been conferred with various Awards for his Socio-Cultural and Philanthropic Work for Society.

Ajay R Pillai, Director, has headed the Marketing and Finance functions of the company for the last 12 years. A Graduate in Chemical Engineering with experience in the Chemical Industry, he also has diverse experience in the field of Finance, Including Equity Research, credit Risk, and Business Development. Before joining A V Plastic Equipments Pvt Ltd. as a Director in 2012, his last position was as a Banker in the SME Division for Business Development at Citibank India.

Vijay R Pillai (Director)
Vijay R Pillai, Director, has been overseeing the Production, Quality, and Design Activities of the company for the last 14 years. Under his Leadership, the company has been able to ensure that Products are delivered to every customer with the Highest Quality and to their satisfaction. A Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, he had a brief stint with Mazgaon Dock Ltd and Larsen & Toubro Ltd before joining the company in his current role in 2010.
